You will join the Single Point of Access team, handling enquiries, supporting admin tasks, and developing skills in electronic records and information governance while earning while you learn.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Business Administrator qualification in progress or planned.
• Interest in administration, customer service and digital records within public health nursing.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine enquiries and signpost service users to the right support.
• Accurately record and maintain information on digital and paper systems.
• Support appointment bookings, calendar management and waiting list administration.
• Assist with digital records transfer and ensure confidentiality and data protection.
