What will you be doing?

• Keeping all lobbies and public facilities in the hotel, such as the main lobby, toilets, ground floor terrace, reception balcony terrace, front desk, bar, restaurant, and meeting rooms, neat and clean according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintaining all staff facilities under the housekeeping department's responsibility in a neat and clean condition as per SOPs.
• Promoting a positive image of the hotel to guests, being approachable, honest, friendly, and ready to assist with any guest queries.

SHIFT PATTERN

8 hours a day, 5 days a week on rotation (early shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm & late shift from 2 pm to 10:30 pm).

Qualifications & Skills required

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Flexibility to respond to various work situations.
• Ability to work in a busy, customer-oriented environment, maintaining high standards with attention to detail and working under pressure.
