Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll support the management team, ensure smooth shifts, and help drive excellent service in a lively, people-focused environment.

You’ll be opening and closing, managing stock and cash, and acting as a role model for customer service while working with a friendly, diverse team. Flexible and part-time hours may be available.

Responsibilities

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
