• The Flexible Service: Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but float across other F&B departments to support during busy periods.
• The Atmosphere & Standards: Take pride in the bar, know menus inside out, maintain hygiene standards for a smooth shift.
• The Commercial Drive: Interact to add value, resolve issues on the spot, suggest extras to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
