Job summary

Haven Holidays in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Pub Team Member to welcome guests and deliver a warm, high-energy service in our restaurant and bar. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, well-organized venue.

Training will be provided for all necessary duties, and prior experience is not required. This role offers evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts and is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, guest-facing team at Haven

Qualifications

• Effective communication and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they have a great experience.
• Taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.
• Handling payments and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.
• Working closely with all team across the venue to deliver operational excellence.
• Knowing the menu well enough, to assist guests with recommendations and queries.
