Job summary

Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to greet guests, take orders, serve meals and create a welcoming dining atmosphere. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering a warm experience and helping guests feel valued from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, fastfood or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations during busy times.
• Keep restaurant areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene standards.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials and promotions to answer questions and make recommendations.
