Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for The Mallard in Tidbury Green. You will work with the Pub Manager to lead a busy team, plan events and ensure exceptional service.

The role involves hands-on management of service, staff training and product selection to deliver a memorable pub experience. Benefits include free meals on shift, up to £35,000 base salary plus troncs and a potential £1,500 annual bonus, paid overtime, tips, pension, and a range of discounts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience or strong leadership background in pubs or restaurants.
• Ability to plan events, manage busy service periods and lead a front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Pub Manager in running a busy pub.
• Plan and run events, supervise the bar/waiting team and ensure smooth operations.
• Welcome customers, train staff and decide on beers, gins and wines to offer.
