Brunning & Price is hiring a Deputy Manager for The Greyhound. You will support the Pub Manager, oversee busy shifts, and help craft guest experiences. You’ll lead a friendly bar and waiting team, select drinks, and help run events to delight customers.

The role offers a basic salary up to £34,000 with tronc, paid overtime, and a range of benefits including bonuses and discounts. Training and career progression are encouraged within the B&P family.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Pub Manager in running busy services and ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate the bar/waiting team during shifts.
• Plan and run events, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth delivery.
• Select beers, gins and wines to offer and guide event themes.
• Participate in training and mentoring to develop staff.
