You will lead the team, manage busy services and events, welcome customers and help train staff while shaping our drinks and event offerings. This is a hands-on role at the heart of daily pub life, with opportunities for growth within the Brunning and Price family.

The role includes development opportunities, staff training, and a path to advanced leadership within a supportive hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and run our busy pub.
• Manage busy services and events.
• Welcome and look after customers.
• Help train and lead the bar/waiting team.
• Decide on beers, gins and wines to offer and how events should be run.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer care.
