Job summary

The Bell in Alderminster, part of Brunning and Price, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a busy pub team. You will help run daily service, plan events, and ensure excellent guest experience.

With a base salary up to £35,000 per year plus tronc and an OTE up to £1,500, you'll also benefit from paid overtime, tips, and a range of staff perks. Training and progression are emphasised within the Brunning and Price group.

Qualifications

• Experience as deputy manager or restaurant manager within gastro pub/restaurant/bar/hotel or hospitality.
• Willingness to lead and train a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pub Manager in leading the team and running a busy pub.
• Plan and run special events to drive guest numbers.
• Welcome and look after customers and train the bar/waiting team.
• Decide which beers, gins and wines to offer and shape event delivery.
