Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations of a busy pub. You will lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, acting as a role model and guiding staff development while upholding brand standards and safety.

The role requires strong communication and a passion for excellent customer service, especially during busy periods. You’ll bring leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail to ensure smooth shifts and consistent guest

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service and ensuring memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication when working with diverse teams.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff for peak performance.
• Calm under pressure with the skill to manage busy shifts and guest expectations.
• Able to uphold brand standards and food safety/allergen controls.
