Greene King is hiring an Assistant Manager for one of our Farmhouse Inns pubs. You will support the General Manager, lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences, and uphold brand standards while ensuring safety for customers and staff.

You’ll be involved in training and developing team members and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role offers a competitive salary (£33,000 - £35,000) plus bonus, with opportunities for career progression across Greene King brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub management is advantageous.
• Able to lead a team and deliver great guest experiences.
• Good communication and leadership skills are essential.
