Job summary

Farmhouse Inns in Dundee is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the heart of our busy pub management team. You’ll lead by example, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering great experiences for customers.

From supporting the General Manager to training the team and upholding brand standards, you will stay composed under pressure, communicate clearly, and maintain high service and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• You'll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• Great communication and leadership skills to get the best out of people.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during a busy shift.
• An eye for detail and upholding high standards in all you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
