Greene King’s Metro Pubs seeks an Assistant Manager to join the management team and ensure the smooth running of a bustling pub. You will lead by example, guiding customers and teams to enjoy memorable experiences from the moment you step through the door.

You will support the General Manager, develop staff, and deliver brand standards while prioritising customer safety and allergen controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills, with solid communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to a busy shift.

• Able to understand allergen controls with spoken and written English.
