Job summary

The Cricketers in Rainham is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a warm, busy pub team. You’ll cover day-to-day operations, develop staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across drinks, pub classics and small plates.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive sales and create a welcoming, safe environment. Join a community-focused Greene King pub with live sport, music and events, and help take the business to the next level while supporting and motivating

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management leading a team.
• Ability to lead from the front and make decisions on shift.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day pub operations.
