Chickpea Group is seeking a Pub Assistant eager to learn, help in the kitchen, and support our front-of-house team to make every guest feel welcome. You’ll work alongside a passionate, energetic team, gaining hands-on experience in service, food prep, and guest hospitality in a busy pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming atmosphere by working with the team.
• Assist in the kitchen with prep and washing up (Kitchen porter duties).
• Support front-of-house by serving, clearing, and ensuring guests have a great experience.
• Maintain high hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Help keep the pub running smoothly across kitchen and front-of-house.
• Learn from experienced colleagues and develop pub operations skills.
