Brio Northwich is seeking a Part Time Leisure Attendant to help keep our centres welcoming and safe. You will supervise pool areas, assist with events, and assist customers with queries in a friendly manner.

The role suits energetic individuals, offering a flexible rota and part-time hours. A current NPLQ is preferred, along with good communication and a positive attitude to customer service.

• A current NPLQ.
• Experience of working with children and vulnerable persons.
• A positive outlook and excellent customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work within a rota.

Responsabilités

• Supervise customers in the swimming pool and other areas of the centre, ensuring safety and assisting if needed.
• Set up and take down sports equipment for events.
• Answer customer queries and direct them around the building with a friendly manner.
• Assist with overall centre operations to keep facilities running smoothly.

Contract type: Part Time, Temporary until 31st March 2027

Hours of work: 8.25 Hours Per Week

Shift: Thursday 4pm - 8pm & Sunday 9am - 1.15pm

Salary: £5,800 Per Annum

Brio Leisure centres are community fitness hubs where anyone and everyone can get active, whether it’s in the gym, swimming pool, a fitness class or playing racquet sports. Leisure Attendants are the friendly faces in yellow and red that you see around the building, and we’re looking for new people to join the team and help keep the centres running smoothly.

As a Leisure Attendant, you’ll be supervising our customers in the swimming pool and all other areas of the centre, ensuring their safety and using your lifesaving skills to rescue swimmers in difficulty. Away from the pool, you’ll be setting up and taking down sports equipment as required for events. You’ll also be answering customer queries and directing them around the building, so a friendly nature and good communication skills are important.

This is a fun role that would suit an energetic person, as you’ll be working with the public throughout the day. It’s a perfect fit for any lifestyle too, whether you’re earning some extra cash while studying, or looking for a productive way to spend your time during retirement.

To be a Leisure Attendant, you’ll ideally need:

• A current NPLQ.
