Brio Leisure in Winsford is seeking a part-time Leisure Attendant to supervise pool safety and assist customers across the centre. The role involves rota-based hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Ideal candidates hold a current NPLQ, with experience in handling children and vulnerable persons, and show excellent customer service with strong communication skills in a lively community hub.

Qualifications

• Current NPLQ lifeguard certificate is required.
• Experience working with children and vulnerable persons is preferred.
• Positive outlook and excellent customer service.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a rota.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customers in the pool and other areas of the centre, ensuring safety.
• Use lifesaving skills to rescue swimmers in difficulty.
• Set up and take down sports equipment for events as required.
• Respond to customer queries and guide them around the building.
