Washburn House in Worcester, MA is seeking a Full-Time Independently Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and supervise staff. The role emphasizes education, program development and adherence to regulatory standards within an addiction treatment setting.

The candidate must hold LICSW or LMHC licensure with a Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field, and have extensive direct clinical and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related counseling field.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure is required.
• Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in supervision/management.
• Experience with a 12-step program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, program development and supervision of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to educate staff, clients and families in the residential program.
• Monitor clinical records and programming to meet applicable standards.
• Develop and maintain curriculum using evidence-based treatment with executive approval.
• Provide specialty services and direct supervision to clinical staff.
