University of Southampton invites applications for a Lecturer in Psychology (Learning, Teaching and Scholarship). The role is permanent and full-time, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes.

A PhD in Psychology and eligibility for Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society are preferred. This is a teaching-focused appointment with a strong emphasis on inclusive education.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or closely related discipline.
• Experience delivering high-quality teaching to diverse student cohorts.
• Ability to engage in research/scholarship and ensure teaching is research-informed.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-quality teaching, assessment and curriculum development across psychology modules.
