What You'll Do

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and able to access education.

You’ll be involved in:

  • 1:1 pupil support
  • Small-group interventions
  • Supporting children with Autism and ADHD
  • Emotional regulation strategies
  • Behaviour support
  • Classroom learning
  • Communication development
  • Building pupil confidence
  • Working alongside teachers and SENCOs
