GSL Education - Manchester is seeking Psychology graduates to join SEND Teaching Assistant roles in mainstream and specialist settings across Greater Manchester, starting September 2026. Your psychology background helps you understand child development, behaviour and communication while supporting pupils with SEND alongside SENCOs and teachers.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, assist with EHCP targets, help pupils access learning, support emotional regulation
Location: Greater Manchester (mainstream schools & specialist SEND settings)
Salary: £95 £120 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (Day-to-Day & Ongoing Supply also available)
