These unique placements will allow you to gain invaluable insight into how diverse educational approaches can transform the lives of young learners.

About the Role:
  • Location: Opportunities in schools across Salford, Bolton, Wigan and Warrington
  • Pay: Starting from £90+ per day (PAYE)
  • Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm) or flexible part-time options
  • Start Date: Immediate (following registration)
  • Contract: Opportunities for long-term roles, supply positions, and temp-to-perm pathways
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing Personalised Support: Help students overcome academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges through tailored one-on-one and small group interactions.
  • Creating Positive Change: Support students in building confidence, life skills, and independence.
  • Collaborating with Professionals: Work alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs, and other specialists to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Hands-On Learning: Experience diverse settings that deepen your understanding of SEND and behavior management strategies.
Why This is a Perfect Fit for Psychology Graduates:
  • Pathway to Educational Psychology: Gain the practical, hands-on experience essential for progressing toward a career in educational psychology.
  • Dedicated Support: Work with a consultant who understands your career aspirations and helps you succeed.
  • Skills Development: Build expertise in behavior analysis, intervention strategies, and communication with children who have complex needs.
  • Diverse Experience: Learn in settings beyond mainstream education, preparing you for a wide range of roles in the psychology and education sectors.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Empathetic and Motivated: You have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and a genuine interest in their development.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: You’re ready to face new challenges and thrive in dynamic, varied environments.
