Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant in Hertfordshire, to support students aged 6-19 with autism, ADHD and learning needs in a specialist setting. This is a full-time, term-time role based in Royston/Meldreth.

You'll work with teachers and therapists, delivering 1:1 and small-group support, promoting communication and wellbeing while helping students become more independent. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Essential GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom and throughout the school day.
• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group support.
• Encourage communication, emotional wellbeing and independence.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Provide personal care where required.
