Aspire People Limited is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our SEN Teaching Assistant team in Royston/Meldreth, Hertfordshire. The role supports pupils with autism, ADHD and other needs, working alongside teachers, therapists and care staff. This is a temporary to permanent, full-time position during term time (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm).

Qualifications

• Essential: GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Opportunities to gain experience before pursuing psychology/education careers.
• Training and qualifications provided during the role.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom and throughout the school day.
• Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group support.
• Encourage communication, emotional wellbeing and independence.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Provide personal care where required.
