Job summary

Academics in Reading is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join the specialist school’s support team with an ASAP start. The role involves helping pupils with diverse needs, including autism and communication challenges, through 1:1 and small group support.

You will assist with learning, behaviour strategies, and emotional regulation, while building strong relationships and promoting independence in a structured setting. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Recent Psychology graduate with an interest in SEN and child development.
• Experience with or willingness to support pupils with SEND is desirable.
• Passion for working with children and developing behavioural strategies.
