A highly regarded SEN and SEMH school in Reading is seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for aspiring Clinical, Educational, or Child Psychologists to build practical experience working with children and young people with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support students aged 5–16 through academic and emotional challenges alongside therapists and educators.
• Promote positive mental health, support behaviour management, and help implement therapeutic strategies.
• Assist with implementing individualised education and support plans in a wellbeing-focused school environment.
