Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking Psychology Graduates to work as Behaviour Mentors across Sunderland secondary schools. You will support students who require additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in education, delivering 1:1 mentoring and small-group sessions.

This full-time temporary position offers safeguarding training, ongoing professional development and collaboration with pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour, attendance and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Educational background in psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with young people.

Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 with students who require additional support
