Protocol Education Limited in Sunderland is seeking Psychology Graduates to act as Behaviour Mentors in secondary schools across Sunderland. You will support students needing guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in education.

The role involves 1:1 mentoring, delivering intervention sessions, promoting positive behaviour and attendance, and supporting students both in and out of lessons while helping pastoral teams with wellbeing.

• Experience or strong interest in supporting young people
• Ability to foster positive behaviour and resilience
• Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of students
