Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support learners according to individual learning plans and curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver sessions and activities aligned with individualised curriculum.
• Provide behaviour-based support to reduce barriers to learning and quality of life.
• Assist with personal care to meet individual needs within hygiene standards.
• Support participation in social, leisure, and educational activities in the community.
• Assist learners in accessing local employment opportunities.
• Encourage learner empowerment and decision making.
• Record and analyse progress data to adjust support as needed.
• Participate in mandatory training and development days as required.
• Undertake additional tasks related to the role as needed.
