Protocol Education is working with a school in Gateshead seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil throughout the school day.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to develop your understanding of child development, behaviour, communication and individual needs while making a meaningful difference to a young person's education.
You’ll work closely with one pupil to:
You’ll work alongside the class teacher and other school staff to ensure the pupil receives consistent support.
Your understanding of behaviour, development, communication and individual differences can provide a strong foundation for working in a SEND environment.
