Job summary

Protocol Education are seeking a Psychology Graduate to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a Gateshead school. You will support a single pupil, helping them access lessons and participate with confidence, while developing your understanding of their needs.

The role offers Monday–Friday school hours, term-time only, with pay £98–£120 per day depending on experience. Start date ASAP. A meaningful stepping stone into Educational Psychology or Teaching.

Qualifications

• Psychology degree desirable but related degrees considered.
• No extensive school experience required.

Protocol Education are looking for a Psychology Graduate to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant within a Gateshead school.

You’ll work closely with an individual pupil, developing your understanding of their needs and helping them access education with greater confidence and independence.
