Connex Education Partnership is seeking Psychology graduates or students to work as Cover Supervisors in the Swindon area, delivering pre-planned lessons in secondary schools from November 2026 to July 2027.

Roles are flexible: 3–5 days per week, with full training provided before starting. The opportunity suits those aiming for careers in education and psychology, and prior school experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Studying psychology or a related subject and aiming to work with young people.
• Commitment to safeguarding and the ability to follow school policies.
• Good communication and reliability in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom, individually or in small groups.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor when required.
• Encourage student engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.
