Connex Education Partnership is seeking enthusiastic graduates or final-year students to work as Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants in secondary schools around Swindon. No teaching qualification required—full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed from day one.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or graduate from Maths, Science, English, Sport, Humanities, Drama, Art or related subjects.
• No teaching qualification or school experience required; full training provided.
• Able to work with students aged 11-16 and follow school policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervising classes of up to 30 students across secondary subjects.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and keeping students engaged.
• Supporting teachers and pupils as a Teaching Assistant where needed.
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
• Building positive relationships with students aged 11-16.
• Representing a professional role model within the school.
• Adhering to safeguarding procedures at all times.
