Monarch Education is partnering with a 'Good' primary school in the M9 area of Manchester to recruit Graduate Level Teaching/Support Assistants.
Role Overview
We are seeking Psychology and Criminology Graduates to support pupils with behavioural difficulties or those disengaged from the curriculum. You will work in the classroom supporting pupils who display low-level behavioural issues or have become distracted, acting as a role model and understanding their backgrounds to help them succeed. The pupils are performing slightly below national standards and need focused support in core subjects like Reading, Spelling & Grammar, Maths, and Phonics.
This role offers a great opportunity for graduates aspiring to start a PGCE or gain experience in education. You may also lead after-school clubs or psychology sessions. These are long-term positions with potential for permanent or fixed-term contracts based on performance.
