Psychology and Sociology Teacher
Location: A school in Spalding
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (until Easter 2026)

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking to appoint an experienced or newly qualified Psychology and Sociology Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Spalding. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about the social sciences and eager to make an impact on students' understanding of the world.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in Psychology and Sociology at KS4 and KS5

Develop schemes of work and resources tailored to student needs

Monitor and assess progress to ensure student success

Support and motivate students in their academic journey

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Subject specialism or degree in Psychology and/or Sociology

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire
