Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove in Staffordshire is seeking a HCPC-registered Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our team on a part-time, 24 hours per week basis.
You will deliver psychological assessments and therapies within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to care plans, training, supervision, and research, with opportunities for development and CPD.

You will be joining our team on a part time, 24hrs per week basis across 3 days.

Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove is our hospital for women in Staffordshire. There are two wards at the hospital; a 20 bed Acute service for women and an 11 bed Highly Specialised Personality Disorder Rehabilitation service.
Crocus Ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission. Burleigh Ward provides specialised support for women with a personality disorder and other complex needs.
To support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within this service; providing psychological assessment and interventions under the supervision of a qualified psychologist, working independently according to a plan agreed your supervisor. To conduct audits, collection of statistics, and development of audit and research projects, teaching and project work.
Please note: successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
