OPTIMIND is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to clients across a diverse age range, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology required.
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
• Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose and understand clients' mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose and understand clients' mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based psychological therapies.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to provide integrated care.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to the multidisciplinary team's discussions and decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with professional standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of the latest psychological research and methodologies.

Qualifications
