Are you a newly qualified RMN looking for an exciting opportunity to work with psychiatric liaison services at Musgrove Park Hospital, or a Band 5 clinician seeking a change?
We are offering a 6-month contract covering maternity leave within a well-supported and established Psychiatric Liaison Team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced PLT clinicians in a multidisciplinary team, providing opportunities to learn and develop your skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Our team works with hospital patients experiencing physical and mental health needs, bridging gaps, assessing risks, and planning onward care and support.
You will conduct comprehensive Bio Psychosocial assessments and formulate interventions for patients under the care of Acute Trusts within Somerset, who may present with suspected or actual mental health issues. Senior clinicians will guide and support you throughout each shift.

Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per year, 6-month fixed-term contract.
