Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment, Perth depot, is seeking a Semi-Skilled Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to service and repair PSV/ commercial vehicles. Training and development are provided, with a clear path to progression within a well-established transport organisation.

You will carry out diagnostics, servicing, and maintenance to DVSA standards, supported by a hands-on team. A full UK driving licence is essential and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing/repairing commercial vehicles (bus/coach/truck/HGV/light commercial).
• Confident using diagnostic tools and working from service manuals.
• Valid full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing PSV/ commercial vehicles at Perth depot.
• Perform diagnostics across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults (training provided).
• Adhere to safety standards and DVSA requirements; 45 hours per week, Sunday–Thursday.
