Job summary

Autoskills-Uk is seeking an experienced PSV Technician for a permanent role in Bedfordshire. You will service, maintain, and repair a fleet of PSVs, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults to DVSA and manufacturer standards.

The role offers a £53,000 basic salary, rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts, and 1 in 4 call-out duties, with ongoing training and clear career progression in a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• Qualified in PSV or HGV maintenance (Level 3 City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
• Experience as PSV/HGV/LCV Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• PSV licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a fleet of PSVs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with DVSA and manufacturer standards.
