Job summary

A major transportation company is looking for an experienced PSV Mechanic to join their Castleford depot. Responsibilities include servicing vehicles, conducting repairs to strict standards, and attending breakdowns. The ideal candidate will have Level 3 NVQ qualifications in PSV/HGV maintenance and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications in PSV/HGV maintenance.
• Ability to work safely according to pre-set standards.
• Inspection of vehicles for scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing vehicles to standards.
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and maintaining quality checks.
• Conducting vehicle fault diagnosis and attending roadside breakdowns.

Skills
