Shape Minds, Spark Futures is seeking a PSHE Teacher to build confidence, emotional wellbeing and life skills in pupils aged 8–16 with Autism and SEMH needs at a new, purpose-built school. You will help shape the PSHE curriculum, embedding wellbeing and personal growth at the core of the school.
You’ll collaborate with therapists, psychologists and behaviour specialists in a supportive team, delivering engaging lessons and contributing to a creative, inclusive culture.
Build Confidence. Teach Life Skills. Change Futures.
Every conversation, every reflection, every "lightbulb moment" in PSHE helps a young person understand themselves and the world around them. From emotional wellbeing to healthy relationships and future aspirations, you'll empower pupils with the tools they need to thrive - in school and beyond. That's what makes this role truly meaningful.
Teach with Heart. Teach with Purpose.
You’ll be supporting children and young people with Autism and SEMH needs, guiding them to build confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and essential life skills. Yes, it can be challenging - but the impact is extraordinary. And you’ll never be on your own. Therapists, psychologists, behaviour specialists, and a genuinely supportive staff team will be right there with you.
A Brand-New School. A Big, Rare Opportunity.
Join a state-of-the-art, purpose-built school for pupils aged 8-16 with Autism, Asperger's and communication needs. This is your chance to shape a brand-new PSHE curriculum from the ground up - embedding wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth into the heart of the school.
Become More Than a Teacher - Become a Life-Changer.
We celebrate diversity, individuality, and lived experience. If you're ready to bring empathy, authenticity, and positive energy to a school where every small victory matters, we'd love to meet you.
