Outcomes First Group is seeking a PSHE Lead at 3 Dimensions School in Chard, Somerset. The role spans two sites, with 30 hours per week, term-time style, starting September 2026. You’ll shape a PSHE curriculum for pupils with autism, SEMH and additional needs, focusing on wellbeing, independence and preparation for adulthood.

The post requires commitment to safeguarding and inclusion, and may involve travel between sites. UK applicants only; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people with SEND, Autism or SEMH needs.
• Passion for PSHE, wellbeing and preparing young people for successful futures.
• Ability to deliver creative, engaging learning that meets a wide range of needs.
• Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Organised, adaptable and collaborative; committed to safeguarding and inclusion.
• Holds a Full UK Driving Licence, travel between sites is required.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a meaningful PSHE curriculum that helps children and young people with Autism, SEMH and additional needs build confidence, develop independence and prepare for life beyond school.Working across our Chardleigh (Primary) and Hummingbird sites, you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that support pupils' emotional wellbeing, relationships, mental health and preparation for adulthood.Whether you're already leading PSHE or you're an experienced teacher or practitioner with a passion for personal development and wellbeing, we'll support you to develop and succeed in this rewarding role.
What You'll Be Doing
