3 Dimensions School is seeking a PSHE Lead to shape a meaningful PSHE curriculum for pupils with Autism, SEMH and additional needs across two sites in Chard. You’ll lead, inspire, and collaborate with teachers, therapists and the broader team to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and life skills.
The role is permanent and term-time only, 30 hours per week, with duties spanning planning, delivering engaging lessons and safeguarding with a supportive, nurturing culture.

Salary: £25,500 per annum (not pro rata)

This is a unique opportunity to shape a meaningful PSHE curriculum that helps children and young people with Autism, SEMH and additional needs build confidence, develop independence and prepare for life beyond school.
Working across our Chardleigh (Primary) and Hummingbird sites, you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that support pupils' emotional wellbeing, relationships, mental health and preparation for adulthood.
Whether you're already leading PSHE or you're an experienced teacher or practitioner with a passion for personal development and wellbeing, we'll support you to develop and succeed in this rewarding role.
