Job summary

Mayfield School is seeking an experienced Curriculum Leader for PSHE to lead teaching and curriculum development across two sites. The role involves coordinating delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring strong outcomes for pupils with diverse SEND needs.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching children or young people with SEND.
• Experience of working in mainstream or special schools.
• Willingness to collaborate as part of a strong team.
• Post is not suitable for ECTs or unqualified teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teaching and learning for PSHE.
• Lead and manage curriculum development and use of budget and resources.
• Drive standards and progress for all pupils.
