The role concentrates on sourcing and securing Private Rented Sector (PRS) accommodation and building strong relationships with landlords, letting agents and providers.

You will negotiate terms, monitor contracts and ensure value for money while coordinating with internal teams to meet accommodation requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in accommodation procurement within the PRS.
• Experience in Temporary Accommodation, Housing or Resettlement services.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience dealing with landlords or letting agents.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Aufgaben

• Procure accommodation within the PRS.
• Identify and secure properties to meet requirements.
• Negotiate rental terms and contracts with landlords/agents.
• Develop relationships with landlords, agents and providers.
• Support TA & Resettlement service delivery.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met.
• Maintain records on properties, suppliers and contracts.
• Support contract negotiations and monitor performance.
