Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise networks with networking certifications.
• Familiarity with firewall products and remote access technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and maintenance of 28 proxy servers across environments.
• Perform configuration changes and monthly patching across all servers.
• Handle approximately 30-40 incidents per week to restore service quickly.
• Process 20-30 web access requests per week and ensure proper access controls.
• Support new project implementations for SAS applications and related changes.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests including server implementations and upgrades.
