Boss Consulting in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking a Network Operations Centre analyst to manage 28 Proxy Servers across multiple environments, perform monthly patching, and handle weekly incidents and access requests. This role will support the day-to-day management and maintenance of 28 Proxy Servers, including 10 in non-business, 3 in business, 14 in conferencing and messaging, 1 test environment, and 2 PAC file Servers. Responsibilities include configuration changes, monthly patching across all 28 Servers, handling approximately 40 incidents per week, processing 20 web access requests per week, supporting new project implementation for SAS applications, and responding to additional ad hoc requests such as server implementations.
Primary skills: Proxy infrastructure support, server maintenance, incident management, change implementation, patch management, web access administration, troubleshooting, operational support, and stakeholder coordination.
