Smart Teachers is seeking an experienced Provision Lead Teacher / Primary Teacher in Romford, Havering. You will lead a newly formed provision for up to 10 children with needs in Autism and SEMH, supporting them academically and pastorally.

The role requires prior SEN/behaviour support in a junior school, strong teamwork, and a commitment to embedding a caring school culture. On-site parking and a welcoming environment are offered.

• Experience supporting children with SEN/behaviour in a Junior school setting.
• Strong team-working ethic and willingness to immerse in school culture.
• Commitment to supporting learners academically and pastorally.

Mansioni

• Lead a new provision for up to 10 learners with needs related to Autism and SEMH.
• Support learners both academically and pastorally within the provision.
• Manage Learning Support Assistants and coordinate with the leadership team.
• Embed welfare and safeguarding in daily practice.
